A pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire

I watched a Baptist minister on television this morning.  He spoke of the Exodus, quoting 13:21, which says:

“And the Lord was going before them in a pillar of cloud by day to lead them on the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, so that they might travel by day and by night.”

I like it when someone quotes Scripture and I hear the truth speaking to me, whereas before (when reading or listening to the same Scripture) the truth skipped by, without me noticing it.

To understand this, one needs to see the metaphor of “by day” and “by night.”  One also needs to see the metaphor of “cloud” and “fire.”  Those two pairs are the same things, stated differently.

“Day” is the light that exposes all to be seen.  “Night” is the darkness that covers everything, making it difficult to see.

A “cloud” is then like “night,” as it blocks the sun, making things less visible.  A “fire” is then like the sun, in it shines light so things can be seen.

Here, the “pillar” needs to be understood as a strength that supports.  This makes Yahweh a “pillar” of strength that leads the souls of those married to His Spirit.

The Israelites [the Baptist preacher called them “Hebrews,” but Hebrew is a language, not a people] were souls married to Yahweh’s Spirit.

The word “Israel” mean, “He Retains God” or “God Is Upright.”  When one is “Israel,” then one is married to Yahweh.  When a female marries a male, the male gives the female his name and the female becomes his responsibility, as a possession.  Likewise, Yahweh marries souls and those souls become His divine possessions (Spiritually possessed).

To be given Yahweh’s name means to be given the soul of Jesus, which is a name that means “Yah Saves” or “Yah Will Save.”  This is the soul of Adam resurrected, whereby Yahweh made Adam to “Save” souls.

Adam is referred to as Yahweh elohim [11 times in Genesis 2]” where elohim is plural for el, meaning “gods.”  In Israel, the “God” part of that name is not Yahweh, but Yahweh elohim, where one who Retains Yahweh Elohim” is a soul married to Yahweh’s Spirit, thereby reborn as His Son Jesus.

Jesus (as Adam) was made to be many souls at the same time.  Thus Jesus (as Adam) is many souls, with a soul being an eternal “god” (lower-case el).  A soul in one’s flesh is a little “god,” but to be Saved it must be joined with the el of Jesus, whereby two souls in one body of flesh becomes elohim, with Jesus making that be elevated to a Yahweh elohim – Jesus resurrected again in flesh.

Being reborn in the name of Yahweh Saves means Retaining Yahweh through His Saving Son having been sent as the consummation of His Love [marriage is for making babies]; so, one is an Israelite led by the pillar of Jesus within, as the Lord over one’s soul, that is like a “cloud” that no one can see, while it is an inner “fire” that keeps one heading in the righteous direction, even when there is no light of truth in the “night” of a lost world.  The “fire” of Jesus makes it always be “day” within one’s soul.

Jesus’ soul within is then the “pillar” of Yahweh sent to guide the souls of His children [all Sons of Yahweh].  As one’s inner Lord (adon), that “pillar” is “clouded” from anyone else seeing Yahweh’s presence as one’s guide, such that one possessed by Jesus projects the light of truth, as oneself being the “day” that leads others to righteousness.  When there is no one leading one as Jesus reborn, that absence of light means it is “night” without; but within the “pillar” that is the “fire” of Jesus burning the light of truth within, then one’s soul is guided to righteousness [not the ‘monkey see, monkey do’ pretense of religion].

The Baptist minister stated in his sermon that we no longer have a pillar of cloud to lead us by day, nor a pillar of fire to lead us by night.  I beg to differ.

Just like it existed when Moses was around, it exists today.  The same “pillar” is, was, and will always be Yahweh guiding souls to Salvation.

He wanted me to take the time to pass this along.
