Customer Care

We value our customers.  Unless specified special shipping, such as express or next day, all shipments will be via USPS Media Mail, for the sole purpose of keeping the price of a book as low as possible.  Unfortunately, at certain times of the year, the USPS is woefully incapable of meeting its shipping commitments, relative to time and guarantee.  There is no "customer care" at the USPS.  If the book purchased is important or a gift to someone special, then it might be worth the extra cost to indicate shipping costs that do not put faith in a government agency, run by people who do not care.  

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  We cannot be responsible for the failures of postal carriers.  If the USPS decides it has too much business to handle shipments, so they 'lose' shipments and make them mysteriously disappear - "What book?" - we will be willing to adjust the cost of a replacement book.  With disgruntled FedEx drivers dumping packages in Alabama ravines, there is no telling what is safe these days.  A tracking number will suffice as proof of shipment.  After that it is in God's hands.
